Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Your personal information is protected and secure and we do not forward the information to any third party.

How long does the shirt take to arrive to my destination?
At Ritikhush we take care of the whole manufacturing process by our self and check the ultimate product before delivery. Normally the delivery time is expected between 2 to 4 weeks. In case of urgent orders we can deliver the shirts within 10 days.

How much do you charge for delivery?  
We do not charge for delivery and monogram. This service is provided free of charge by our company as many company’s add additional charges for delivery

Can you send me some fabric samples?
Yes, simply open an account and you can download our exclusive pdf catalogue. If you require specific fabrics pls. go through our range and email us the fabric codes, we will be most happy to send you the actual fabric swatches.

How do I care for my shirts?:
We appreciate that there are various methods and conditions for washing, ironing and even dry cleaning. Considering these factors we have come up with some suggestions for taking care of your Tailored Shirts. Please refer the Shirt Care page, Click here to visit Shirt Care Page.

What is the cost for one of your individually tailored shirts?
Depending on the type of fabric you require our prices generally ranges from US$79-$99 and this includes all express delivery charges to your nominated delivery address.

How do I order a shirt with your service?
Visit our site and register with us by creating your profile. You will be guided through the whole process which takes just a few minutes, whereby you can enter your measurements and the style you prefer and save upto five different profiles. Then you can login in at anytime and just select the fabric that you like, from there just follow the steps to finalize your design requirements and submit your individual measurements for tailoring.

So how exactly do you get my measurements?
At Bespokeshirtmakers we have created a simple way to measure yourself. Once you have registered with us, you will be allowed to create different measurement profile for your different needs into our system which will be stored under your login. You can check the sizing page which has been created specially for recording your measurements.. This is an easy to follow process, which includes detailed instructions and should only take a few moments to complete.

Will your fabrics shrink when they are washed?
There may be slight shrinkage after washing, but given the quality of our fabrics this will be slight. You should expect a maximum of 3% shrinkage, but we factor this into our manufacturing. Please be sure to follow our care instructions.

What about any customs or import duties?
Our shirts our shipped free of cost to anywhere in the world, as part of our normal pricing policy. However in some cases additional customs or import duties may apply depending on your location and order details.

What payment gateway is used.?
We use PayPal, world's renowned payment gateway. The two step registration and login with PayPal makes your transaction 100% secure against frauds.
